个人简介

个人主页

陈全博士毕业于香港大学电机电子工程系。曾任加州大学圣迭戈分校(UCSD)博士后和香港大学研究助理教授,2019年加入南方科技大学深港微电子学院任助理教授。陈博士专注于电子设计自动化(EDA)领域的大规模模拟/射频电路仿真、多物理分析以及先进纳米器件的量子力学第一性原理仿真。获2012年ICCAD最佳论文奖提名,2020年吴文俊人工智能芯片奖二等奖,入选深圳市孔雀团队。主持或参与包括国自然重点,国自然专项和广东省重点研发计划等纵向项目。与EDA龙头企业华大九天、国微集团等有多个横向项目合作。有丰富EDA技术转化及商业化经验。
