个人主页

余浩教授是复旦大学学士,美国加州大学洛杉矶分校电子工程系博士。2021年入选国家万人计划科技创新领军人才、2017年入选国家青年特聘专家、2019年入选广东省珠江人才青年拔尖人才、IEEE APCCAS 大会主席、IEEE SSC深圳Chapter主席、IEEE电路与系统(CAS)方向国际杰出宣讲人。余浩教授2010年起在新加坡南洋理工大学任助理教授和集成电路研究中心主任,2017年以国家青年特聘专家身份加入南方科技大学任长聘教授,现担任南方科技大学国家示范微电子学院创院副院长,教育部工程研究中心-未来通信集成电路执行主任,南科大-ARM中国/中兴人工智能实验室负责人。余浩教授长期从事高性能集成电路芯片设计和研究工作(主要方向包括人工智能芯片,太赫兹通讯芯片,DNA传感器芯片),在各相关领域有超过20年的科研积累和研究成果,其中研究开展的流片实现工作覆盖180nm至28nm工艺。研究水平处于国际先进水平,研究已取得多项原创性成果,是该领域国际著名专家。

余浩教授现任南方科技大学深港微电子学院副院长、长聘教授,教育部工程研究中心-未来通信集成电路执行主任,南科大-ARM中国/中兴人工智能实验室负责人。他是复旦大学学士,美国加州大学洛杉矶分校电子工程系博士。2021年入选国家万人计划科技创新领军人才、2017年入选国家青年特聘专家、2019年入选广东省珠江人才青年拔尖人才,曾担任IEEE APCCAS 大会主席、IEEE SSC深圳Chapter主席、IEEE电路与系统(CAS)方向国际杰出宣讲人,以及新加坡南洋理工大学任助理教授和集成电路研究中心主任。余浩教授长期从事高性能集成电路芯片设计和研究工作(主要方向包括人工智能芯片,太赫兹通讯芯片,DNA传感器芯片等),在各相关领域有超过20年的科研积累和研究成果,研究水平处于国际先进水平,研究已取得多项原创性成果,是该领域国际著名专家。

余浩教授于2021年入选国家万人计划科技创新领军人才,2021年度获得教育部-华为“智能基座”全国优秀教师奖, 2019年入选广东省“珠江人才”青年拔尖人才。余浩教授领导的团队项目“基于网络搜索优化的RISC-V边缘人工智能芯片”获得2020吴文俊人工智能芯片专项奖,“面向边缘计算的深度学习芯片的关键技术开发”获得2019吴文俊人工智能技术发明奖。在Transfomer闭环检测网络论文获得2022年生物机器人旗舰会议(IEEE-ICARM)最佳论文奖,在基于深度学习的VSLAM系统论文获得2021年世界机器人大会(IEEE-RAS)最佳论文奖,在DNA测序芯片设计论文获得2018年国际电子电气工程协会(IEEE-BioCAS)最佳论文奖,该论文提出国际首个基于太赫兹等离子体基元的DNA传感器电路,“低功耗机器学习芯片”研究获得2018年科技部中国产学研合作创新奖,3D-IC多核设计论文获得2010年国际计算机协会(ACM-TODAES)最佳论文奖,高速太赫兹互连工作获2009年国际半导体工业联合会(SRC)创新发明奖。研究成果多次被在线技术杂志报道,并获得多项政府资助及企业项目(数亿经费)(科技部国家重点研发计划项目、国自然重点项目、广东省重点领域研发计划项目、深圳市孔雀团队项目等)。同时与华为、海思、华大九天、腾讯、大疆、中兴网信等多个企业合作,为对方企业创造了上千万的利润。

在学术方面,余浩教授累计发表论文322篇(电气与电子工程师协会(IEEE)/国际计算机学会(ACM)核心国际期刊118篇及国际会议论文204篇,h指数37,引用达5561次),如集成电路领域的顶尖期刊IEEE Journal of Solid State Circuits, 微波射频领域的顶尖期刊IEEE Transactions on Microwave Theory and Techniques,工业电子领域的顶尖期刊IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics,人工智能领域的顶级期刊IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems和电路系统领域的顶级期刊 IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I等。余浩教授曾担任IEEE/ACM/Elsevier5项国际知名期刊编辑/副编辑(TBioCAS/TECS/Microelectronics/VLSI-Integration)。余浩教授同时还担任国际电路系统多个国际知名会议组织委员会或技术委员会核心成员(IEEE/ACM/DAC/ICCAD/DATE/CICC/ASSCC/ASPDAC等),在国际知名学术大会共做主题报告4次,并且受邀报告大于50多次,2022年担任第18届IEEE-APCCAS会议主席。余浩教授共主持编写了9部英文专著,其中3D-IC电路设计是3D芯片设计权威英文专著,并入选AMAZON前100名畅销书。

在教学方面,余浩教授积极开展与企业联合培养学生,主持两项教育部新工科项目,教育部—华为产学合作协同育人新工科项目及教育部—华为智能基座项目。2021年度获得教育部-华为“智能基座”全国优秀教师奖及优秀课件。余浩教授积极开展研究生企业联合培养,与华为海思等在人工智能芯片、工业软件等方向开展了卓越工程师培养项目。同时指导毕业多名研究生、博士生及研究人员,学生均具有很好的发展,包括在学术界工作的有杭州电子科技大学教授、西安电子科技大学教授,在工业界入职阿里巴巴集团控股有限公司、华为技术有限公司2012实验室、海思半导体有限公司和腾讯实验室主任工程师等。

在产教融合方面,余浩教授近年在高性能集成电路芯片设计及相关科学问题上的研究,在社会和经济效益方面均有出色成果。余浩教授获得授权专利17项,专利涉及太赫兹电路、生物基因检测、智能芯片等核心技术,已在相关产业转化。社会效益方面,联合深圳已有高科技产业群,与ARM中国、中兴网信等企业构建联合实验室,实现芯片研发技术产业化。经济效益方面,余浩教授推动实现AI应用边缘端落地,建立具有自主知识产权的智能芯片技术,与华为开展关于高性能AI芯片设计的合作项目;与大疆在高能效存算一体处理器架构设计进行合作;与海思在多精度AI加速器芯片设计进行合作;与腾讯公司在网络量化技术、基于强化学习的神经网络自主量化技术、基于循环神经网络的深度稀疏化矩阵运算技术、AI模型推理加速库和工具等应用;与中兴通信在深度学习网络的张量压缩及训练量化算法及芯片的合作项目等,项目经费达数千万元;在智能物联网方向引领下一代智能硬件技术变革,与盯盯拍等上市企业合作,带来新增千万级销售额和利润;在边缘计算方向,与中兴网信合作并被大量在智慧城市项目中应用推广并产生了巨大社会效应。
