个人简介

个人主页

陈全博士毕业于香港大学。曾任加州大学圣迭戈分校(UCSD)博士后和香港大学研究助理教授,2019年加入南方科技大学。陈博士的主要研究领域包括电子设计自动化(EDA)领域的超大规模电路仿真及多物理分析,以及先进纳米器件及材料的量子力学第一性原理仿真,并有多年技术转化及商业化经验。

研究简介

EDA领域的先进算法及工具,重点应用于
大规模电路及多物理系统(如电热耦合,电磁-半导体耦合建模等)
基于量子物理的新一代纳米器件/材料仿真
其他新兴领域如机器学习及生物工程等。
