毛伟

个人简介

个人主页

毛伟博士于2011年获得东南大学学士学位,于2017年获得新加坡国立大学博士学位。2016年至2017年任新加坡国立大学研究工程师,从事低功耗IC技术研究;2017年至2019年在华为海思任设计工程师,从事5G通信IC设计与生产。2019年12月加入南方科技大学深港微电子学院任研究助理教授。他的研究方向主要包括混合信号集成电路和AI硬件加速器。他在TCAS-I、TVLSI、TBioCAS和中国人工智能学会通讯等国内外期刊和会议上发表论文10余篇,并担任TCAS,TVLSI,TBioCAS和中国科学等国内外期刊审稿人。

混合信号芯片设计:
高速高精度ADDA,低功耗模拟电路与系统;
人工智能芯片设计:
低功耗数据流,高能效运算单元,网络优化算法。
