高源

个人简介

个人主页

高源博士,分别于2009和2012年获得西安交通大学学士和硕士学位,于2017年获得香港科技大学博士学位。2017至2019年任香港科技大学博士后研究员。2019年11月加入南方科技大学任深港微电子学院(国家示范性微电子学院)助理教授。他的主要研究方向是模拟及高压电源集成电路设计。高源博士在集成电路设计领域期刊和会议上共发表学术论文20余篇,其中包括集成电路设计领域最高级别期刊IEEE JSSC论文3篇和被誉为“芯片奥林匹克”IEEE ISSCC论文1篇。此外,高源博士担任多个国际学术期刊和会议审稿人。
